1. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 11:00 AM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
2. Room Tariff & Occupancy
The Executive Deluxe Cottage tariff starts from ₹3,500 per night for up to 2 adults, subject to the tariff displayed at the time of booking. An additional adult will be charged ₹1,000 per night. Applicable taxes and other charges, if any, will be shown during booking.
3. Maximum Occupancy
The maximum permitted occupancy of an Executive Deluxe Cottage is 4 adults. Guests must provide the correct number of occupants while making the reservation.
4. Identification
All adult guests must produce a valid Government-issued photo identity proof at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must produce their passport and valid visa/immigration documents as required by law.
5. Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after successful completion of the booking process and receipt of the required payment. The booking confirmation generated by Paradise Resort should be retained and produced when requested.
6. Cancellation, Modification & Refund
Cancellation, modification, date change and refund requests are subject to the cancellation/refund policy applicable to the selected booking. Any applicable payment-gateway, transaction or administrative charges may be deducted from an eligible refund.
7. No-show & Early Departure
Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date may be treated as a no-show. No refund will ordinarily be provided for unused nights arising from a no-show or voluntary early departure, subject to the applicable booking policy.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain appropriate conduct and respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Illegal activities, nuisance, excessive noise and conduct that may endanger persons or property are strictly prohibited.
9. Damage to Resort Property
Guests will be responsible for loss or damage caused to the cottage, furniture, fixtures, equipment or other resort property during their stay. The Resort reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
10. Swimming Pool & Resort Facilities
Use of the swimming pool and other resort facilities is subject to the applicable timings, safety requirements and operational rules of Paradise Resort. Children must remain under appropriate adult supervision.
11. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their cash, jewellery, electronic devices and other personal belongings. Paradise Resort will not be responsible for loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Force Majeure & Operational Circumstances
Paradise Resort shall make reasonable efforts to honour confirmed reservations. Where circumstances beyond the Resort’s reasonable control materially affect accommodation or services, the Resort may provide an appropriate alternative, reschedule the booking or take such other reasonable action as circumstances require.
13. Right of Admission
Paradise Resort reserves the right of admission and may refuse or discontinue accommodation where reasonably necessary for safety, security, violation of law, material breach of these Terms & Conditions, or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the reservation and making payment, the guest confirms that the booking particulars are correct and agrees to these Booking Terms & Conditions and the applicable cancellation/refund policy.
